Job Description
Manage a full caseload of employment and business litigation matters with minimal oversight.Handle all phases of employment litigation, from initial complaint through trial.Provide proactive advice and counsel to business clients on a wide range of employment law issues.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related materials.Communicate regularly with clients, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and practical guidance.Collaborate with a tight-knit team of attorneys who value communication, professionalism, and adaptability.Support business clients with long-term compliance strategies and legal solutions that align with their goals.Qualifications
10+ years of employment law and business law experience.Strong litigation experience, including full case ownership through trial.Demonstrated ability to independently manage caseloads.Excellent communication and client-management skills.California Bar license required.Ability to work hybrid with periodic in-office presence.Why Youll Love Working Here
