What You Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise software, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user access problems.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, including onboarding new users and handling access requests.
• Coordinate with software vendors for technical support and software updates as needed.
• Meets appropriate metrics for key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis.
• The position also involves supporting HR, Clinical, Financial, and Transportation software.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with flexibility as needed.
