Novant Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant II. In this role, you will provide and document assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours, 7:00pm - 7:00 am
Department: Emergency Room (ED)
Location: Forsyth Medical Center Winston Salem, N
Unit Description: Forsyth Medical Center is a tertiary care facility serving patients from 15 counties. The ED handles a high patient volume, averaging 190 to 240 visits daily, and provides comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics. Common cases include, but are not limited to, cardiac emergencies, respiratory conditions, non-compliant COPD, diabetic crises, and behavioral health concerns.

What We're Looking For:
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
Licensure/Certification: Completion of NA I and NA II programs, required. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
Additional Skills (required): BON Health Care Provider. Medication Safety - AME.
Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
