Director of Water Resources & Wastewater Engineering

We are looking for a Director of Water Resources &Wastewater Engineering to join our team. This person would beworking in their Columbus, OH headquarters office. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background inwater resources, andwastewater engineering, specifically within Central Ohiomunicipalities, including the City of Columbus and surroundingareas. Knowledge of the City of Cincinnati and / or City of Clevelandwould also be a plus.

• Lead the design and management of storm water,drainage systems, flood mitigation, water and wastewatersystems, treatment plants, pipelines, force mains, pumpstations, and lift stations.
• Coordinate and oversee technical design work,and overall project management, ensuring both technical andfinancial success.
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates,schedules, permits, and other necessary documents for bothpreliminary and final designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously,ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop, supervise, train, and mentorengineering teams to ensure projects meet goals anddeliverables on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with the financial team for feeproposals, project forecasting, reporting, and timely invoicing.
• Work with CAD design teams to ensure accurateand comprehensive technical drawings for each project.
• Maintain regular communication with clients andteam members to provide updates, address concerns, andensure project milestones are achieved.
• Prepare and present project updates, technicalreports, and other documentation to clients, stakeholders,and senior management.
