Albert Knapp & Associates is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or BCATs to provide in-home, school or in community ABA services for up to 36 hours a week for full-time or 20 hours per week for part-time for all functioning level clients.

RBTs or BCATs are responsible for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will teach social skills, communication skills, adaptive behavior / daily living skills, as well as reduce maladaptive behaviors by teaching and reinforcing positive socially acceptable behaviors.

Small service area thus local travel only (within a 30-minute drive time between clients)

This position can be full or part-time. Programming focuses on social skills acquisition delivered in a play based manner (NET & PRT). The immediate need is for Monday through Friday, weekday availability between the hours of 8 : 00 am-7 : 45pm pm (full-time hours) or 2 : 30 pm -7 : 45 pm (part-time hours) Monday-Friday.

Requirements :

Previous experience in ABA -Applied Behavioral Analysis -Classroom experience will be considered

RBT Certification or 40 hour training completed.

High School Diploma as minimum education requirement

Valid California Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Ability to pass a Dept of Justice Fingerprinting

Proof of negative TB
