Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong presence in the San Antonio market. This role is ideal for a superintendent with proven experience in retail construction, strip centers, or grocery store projects who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.

Superintendent Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite construction operations from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
• Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and production standards
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers to drive schedules and budgets
• Review plans, specs, RFIs, and submittals
• Lead subcontractor meetings and daily site walks
• Maintain accurate field documentation and reporting
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for all field operations
