Some of What You'll Do Here :

• Work in close partnership with clinician(s) as an integral and valued member of the care team.
• Tee-up day by entering information from patient-completed forms into electronic medical record. Preload paper or outside records. Prepare patient information for clinician review prior to appointment.
• Escort patients to exam rooms. Obtain history and perform initial assessment of vital signs-all while building rapport, helping people feel comfortable and setting the stage for a successful clinician visit.
• Facilitate patient care by assuring clinician's orders are entered and follow-up occurs.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet patient needs (scheduling, benefits, etc.)
• Model WHA's values and commitment to The Patient Experience
