AAB Operations Manager I
As an Operations Manager you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to applicable policies and procedures. Operations team consists of Relationship Bankers who are the main points of contact for homeowner associations and community management business customers or the teams that make the banker successful. You'll oversee the bankers or teams and handle tasks such as setting goals and objectives, liaising with clients, ensuring transactions are done timely, correctly, and resolving issues. You'll prepare status reports, handle calls and correspondence, and process documentation. One of your key responsibilities will be to support Operations and Sales to build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders and grow relationships by providing excellent customer service in support of business profitability and deposit goals.
