Medical Scheduler

Our schedulers are the heart of our practice - they are the first and last impressions to be made on our patients. Our front office team plays an essential role in helping the operations of the office run smoothly, deliver best-in-class patient care, and ensures accurate and complete surgical scheduling for all our practice doctors. Our schedulers are responsible for the ownership of the entire schedule, handling any appointment changes or cancellations, and collect and document patient payments.

Qualifications :

• 1+ year of recent medical office administrative experience required.
• Will consider any applicants that have experience with scheduling in a medical environment.
• Will also consider any candidates with scheduling call center experience.
• Qualified applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively with facility staff. A successful candidate will be a self-directed multitasker.
• Previous EMR system experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
