We are seeking a San Diego based Vice President / Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs to lead regulatory strategy for our growing oncology biotech's global clinical‑stage programs advancing toward filing.

Location : San Diego Metropolitan Area

Base pay range

$350,000.00 / yr - $450,000.00 / yr

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a small but expanding regulatory group, can wear multiple hats, and is energized by working across development and commercial stages.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience within Regulatory at a Biotech and / or Pharma

Proven recent NDA / BLA successful approval experience

Broad regulatory background (development through commercialization) with ability to act as both a generalist and specialist as needed

Leadership experience (program and people management perspective)
