Captain

As Floor Captain, you’ll oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and smooth coordination between the front and back of house. You’ll lead by example — guiding servers, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining the elevated standards that define Rosaluna.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the floor team during service

Ensure all guests receive warm, attentive, and efficient service

Communicate effectively with the bar, kitchen, and management teams

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

Maintain floor standards — cleanliness, table setups, pacing, and service flow

Assist in training and onboarding new staff

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in upscale restaurant or bar service

Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills

Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
