About the Role :
The Machine Operator role is critical in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production machinery within a durable goods manufacturing environment. The primary objective is to operate, monitor, and maintain various machines such as press machines, mold machines, and assembly line equipment to produce high-quality products that meet company standards. This position requires a keen attention to detail to perform tasks such as deburring and precise measurements using tools like micrometers, ensuring product accuracy and consistency. The operator will also be responsible for safely handling materials using overhead cranes and clamp trucks, contributing to a smooth production flow. Ultimately, the role supports the manufacturing process by minimizing downtime, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols to meet production targets in Franklin, NH.
