The BJC Medical Group Sullivan Clinic is seeking a compassionate, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join an established, collaborative team at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. • Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to patients in outpatient clinics and inpatient settings.
• Manage a diverse patient panel with various women s health issues, including prenatal and postnatal care, gynecological surgeries, and preventative care.
• Conduct regular inpatient hospital rounds or coordinate care to ensure continuity for hospitalized patients.
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient-centered care.
• Utilize advanced procedural rooms equipped for ultrasound, colposcopy, and urodynamics.
• Participate in a shared call schedule for after-hours support.
• Document all medical histories, exams, and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly.
• Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff to foster a collaborative environment.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a state of alertness due to the nature of the role.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to help maintain high healthcare standards.
