What You’ll Do

Provide hands-on personal care to residents in our specialized subacute unit.

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed nursing staff.

Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory standards.

Work collaboratively with RNs, LVNs, and rehab teams to support individualized care plans.

Promote a clean, safe, and dignified environment for all residents.

What We’re Looking For

Current California CNA certification in good standing.

Previous experience in subacute, ventilator, trach, or high-acuity settings preferred — but not required. (We provide training!)

A commitment to teamwork, reliability, and resident-centered care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
