DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor / Head Receptionist. This dual role is critical to our operations, serving as the first point of contact for our customers while expertly guiding them through the service process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive service needs, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within an automotive service environment.
- Basic to Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the initial point of contact between the business and customers it will be your responsibility to respond to calls, schedule appointments, and check-in customers alongside other related duties.
- As a service advisor it will be your responsibility to initiate repair orders by discussing repairs with technicians, quoting out the job and effectively communicating the job to the customer, and ordering necessary parts for the job.
- Additional responsibilities may include inputting part invoices into a computerized software for recordkeeping, payment of monthly statements, etc.
