General Placement Service is actively recruiting for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager for a large insurance agency in Pittsburgh. This is a hybrid remote / in-office position.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Daily correspondence with clients and producers
• Policy maintenance; processing endorsements, issuing certificates, binders and invoices
• Policy reviews and renewal proposals
• Cross-selling and up-selling current customers
• Documenting all activities in agency management system
