Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
About the Role :
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to K12 students across West Virginia. This part-time role is designed for an SLP who wants flexibility while making a meaningful impact on students communication and academic development.
What Youll Do :
Provide virtual speech and language therapy sessions to K12 students
Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and contribute to IEP planning
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support carryover of skills
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
Ensure services comply with West Virginia state, district, and federal requirements
What You Bring :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active West Virginia SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred)
Previous school-based experience preferred
Familiarity with IEP processes, compliance, and progress monitoring
Comfort using teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
