Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient care via telephone and technology

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred
1-2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or medical setting
Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and standard applications
Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to HIPAA requirements
Spanish speaking preferred
