Job Duties :
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a proposal / technical writer
Experience in reviewing and revising content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and technical accuracy, often adhering to established style guides.
Experience in organizing, managing, and publishing documentation using various tools
Experience in response review, editing, creating, and using compliant proposal templates (used by the Writing Staff) in preparation for RFQ submission.
Experience in analyzing information required for the development or update of policy, procedure, and form documentation.
Experience in reviewing or editing content developed by other members of the team.
Experience in facilitating proposal writing team reviews of work and providing feedback / edits on others' drafts.
Experience in proper formatting, version control, and standards used in all submission documents.
Experience in writing responses to technical, management, corporate experience, staffing rationale, and transition sections.
Experience in identifying and tracking all timelines and components required per proposal item, ensuring all deadlines and requirements cited per Request for Proposal (RFP) are identified and responded to before the due date (e.g., questions, pre-bid activity / responses, notice of intent, additional requirements, etc.).
Education :
A degree is required for this position, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in English Literature or Technology.
