Responsibilities:

• Represent and assist buyers in the purchase of homes, managing every step from the initial consultation to closing.
• Work with buyer leads provided through the brokerage.
• Respond promptly to leads provided by Madison Allied.
• Utilize virtual tools to manage transactions and maintain communication with clients.
• Stay informed on local real estate market trends to better serve your clients.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license in Florida.
• Experience in residential real estate preferred, but motivated new agents are welcome.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working virtually and using digital tools.
