With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.

Hartford HealthCare is looking to hire a Financial Analyst I to join our team. As a Financial Analyst I, youll play a key part in helping understand and improve how revenue flows through our healthcare system. Youll work closely with a variety of teams to dig into data, spot trends, and make sense of whats changing from month to month. Your insights will help leaders make smarter decisions and keep our financial operations running smoothly.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and being part of a team that supports the bigger picture.

What Youll Do :

• Analyze accounts receivable and revenue data using the Kodiak RCA tool.
• Prepare, review and explain month-to-month changes in financial activity.
• Create reports and packages to support monthly close processes.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like denial trends and payment patterns.
• Partner with teams across revenue cycle, managed care, Third Party Reimbursement and IT to improve systems and workflows.
• Share insights and support financial decision-making across the organization.
• Continue growing your skills in finance and healthcare systems well support your development every step of the way.
