Job description

BCBA Hybrid / Remote Position- $10,000 Sign up bonus

ABOUT THIS JOB :

We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA for our [Your location name] location starting in [first month open].

Salary - $90,000-$100,000 (depending on experience) for full time

BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Sign up bonus $10,000

Hybrid / In Person

Remote Work Benefit : Up to 4 work from home days per month, plus up to 18 extra l assessment and TP related work from home days per year

  • Work Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
  • BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 8 full-time clients
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

    • Supported, Not Micromanaged

  • Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
  • You will be supported by our clinic’s experience Clinical Director
  • SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training
  • SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
  • To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months—providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
