Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of raw materials in-process components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct various tests using specialized equipment and document results accurately.
- Maintain and calibrate quality inspection tools and measurement equipment.
- Identify segregate and document non-conforming materials or products initiating corrective action processes.
- Assist in the investigation of quality issues supporting root cause analysis and resolution efforts.
- Generate and maintain quality control records reports and data for analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to established quality procedures work instructions and safety protocols.
