Job description

Location : Austin, TX (Onsite 3 days : Mon, Tue, Thu | Remote 2 days : Wed, Fri)

Duration : 12 months with possible extensions

Requirements (Must-Have) :

  • bility to work onsite in Austin, TX, 3 days per week.
  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Architect or in a similar strategic role.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects (12+ years).
  • Strong experience with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) , including State Self-Assessments (SS-A) (12+ years).
  • dvanced business modeling expertise in BPMN, UML, ArchiMate , and knowledge of enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF (10+ years).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills :

  • 12+ years of experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP).
  • 10+ years of experience in government or public sector projects .
  • Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies .
  • Certifications such as CBAP, TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt) .
  • Master's degree (preferred).

  • Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • nalyze current-state business processes and design improved future-state processes.
  • Create and maintain business architecture deliverables such as process models (BPMN), data models, capability models, and organizational models.
  • Work with leadership, business units, IT teams, and partners to define and validate business requirements.
