Requirements (Must-Have) :

- 12+ years of experience as a Business Architect or in a similar strategic role.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects (12+ years).
- Strong experience with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) , including State Self-Assessments (SS-A) (12+ years).
- dvanced business modeling expertise in BPMN, UML, ArchiMate , and knowledge of enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF (10+ years).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Skills :
12+ years of experience with Health and Human Services (HHS) systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP).10+ years of experience in government or public sector projects .Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies .Certifications such as CBAP, TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt) .Master's degree (preferred).Key Responsibilities :
Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives.nalyze current-state business processes and design improved future-state processes.Create and maintain business architecture deliverables such as process models (BPMN), data models, capability models, and organizational models.Work with leadership, business units, IT teams, and partners to define and validate business requirements.ct as a bridge between business and technical teams.Translate business strategy into clear requirements and functional specifications.Recommend innovative solutions using new technologies to achieve strategic goals.
