Job Description The Internal Communications Strategist supports creating, implementing, and optimizing engaging editorial strategies across all internal channels. This role develops, curates, and executes communications plans that strengthen the organization's culture, elevate employee engagement, and foster meaningful connections. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with experience in digital internal communications, communication technology and dedicated to collaborative innovation and ongoing improvement.
Responsibilities - Assist in developing and executing comprehensive strategies for the intranet, internal social media, executive messaging, and employee campaigns.
- Create and oversee production of communications-including articles, newsletters, HR updates, executive messages, campaigns, and multimedia assets-that align with organizational values and goals.
- Support cross-functional campaigns, collaborating with HR, IT, leadership, and operations teams.
- Manage internal communications calendars, projects/initiatives and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, relevant messaging across platforms and within the team member experience.
- Manage and optimize internal communication platforms for the organization and develop and reinforce best practices for a team of content creators.
- Review and edit content for clarity, tone, inclusivity, and consistency.
- Monitor communications performance, provide analytics, and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve engagement.
- Ensure all internal messaging meets legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
Qualifications - 3 years in a marketing or advertising agency setting
- Bachelor's Degree
