Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
• ADN completion required

Required Skills / Experience : ICU experience

Knowledge Need (additional from baseline) : Ventilator settings, intubations, gtts commonly seen in MICU- pressors, inotropes, sedatives, antihypertensives, analgesics, insulin etc. paracentesis, thoracentesis, chest tubes, drains

Required Credentials : Must pass BRI (Basic Rhythm interpretation) test within an 85 to pass once they start or contract will be terminated

Preferred Credentials : Bachelor's degree in nursing

Unit / Facility Details : MICU typical pt population–resp concerns, OF, bipap, COPD, asthma, airway watch, DKA, OD, suicide, EToH W / D, cancer population, ARDS, ESRD, missed HD, electrolyte abnormality, pancreatitis etc.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from any number of months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
