ABOUT THE ROLE

At The Shelby, your role as a Maintenance Technician will be integral to maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of our hotel, ensuring that both guest and team member experiences are exceptional. You will respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, and safe manner, addressing any issues promptly while ensuring a seamless guest experience. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance and necessary repairs across all hotel systems-kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, and guest rooms.

• Supports Engineering department

EXPERIENCE :

Knowledge of computer software (including Microsoft Office, outlook) and web analytics tools is preferred.
