Job Summary :

Baerlocher USA headquartered in Cincinnati, OH is looking for dedicated professional with a passion for ensuring quality. This position will play a key role in identifying and resolving issues related to product quality, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and continuously improving manufacturing processes.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Sample Collection & Preparation : Collect raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products for testing.

Analytical Testing : Perform routine chemical and physical tests. Operate analytical instruments according to work instructions.

Documentation & Reporting : Record test results accurately in lab notebooks or digital systems such as SAP QM.

Instrument Calibration & Maintenance : Conduct regular calibration checks on lab equipment. Report malfunctions and assist with basic troubleshooting.

Housekeeping & Safety : Maintain a clean and organized lab environment. Follow safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of all materials and chemicals.

Inventory Management : Monitor lab supplies and reagents. Label and store chemicals according to hazard classifications.
