Transportation Sales Executive
A rapidly expanding, broker-led 3PL provider is seeking an experienced Transportation Sales Executive to drive new business and grow strategic customer relationships. This is a high-impact sales role offering strong operational support, autonomy, and long-term advancement potential.

You will be responsible for generating new business, expanding customer accounts, and providing customized logistics solutions across multiple modes of transportation. This position is ideal for a hunter who understands freight, has a proven converting book, and wants a platform that removes obstacles and rewards performance.
Prospect, pursue, and secure new business across TL, LTL, Temp Control, IMDL, Flatbed, Ocean, and Air
Manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact
Develop tailored pricing and logistics solutions to win and retain business
Collaborate with operations and carrier partners to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries
Maintain an active pipeline, forecast activity, and identify growth opportunities
Contribute to sales planning, customer strategy, and relationship development
Travel as needed for key customer meetings and engagement
45+ years of logistics or transportation sales experience
Experience in 3PL sales and operations or asset-based trucking operations and sales
A proven converting book of business
Strong understanding of freight movement and end-to-end logistics
Track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
College degree or equivalent experience
