Position Overview : Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints
• Document all customer interactions in the database
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery
