Title – Mechanical Engineer

Experience – 7 to 10 years

Location – Huntsville, Alabama (onsite only)

Task And Responsibilities :

• 7 to 10 years engineering experience (design & development of new product, current product management) in a manufacturing setting of heavy equipment, engine powertrain, and engine driveline components with a proven track record for executing successful engineering projects.
• Experience in snow removal, street sweepers, construction, or agricultural equipment industries a plus.
• Understanding the engineering change request from Schwarze Project / Product Manager
• Evaluate the design changes required and impact on other systems and sub-systems.
• Design Modification in CAD as necessary
• 2D Drawing updates.
• Prepare Change Notice Package on PLM tool (Vault)
• Champion and ensure compliance of Schwarze engineering processes and ISO requirements.
• Team up with cross-functional teams to resolve & prioritized ECR issues in a timely manner.

Knowledge And Critical Skills Requirements :

The expected salary range for this position is between $80 K - $110 K annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills / experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic / office location.
