Discover the Beauty of Honolulu - Where Your Career in Imaging Takes Flight

There's an undeniable magic in Honolulu, with its breathtaking landscapes and vibrant Hawaiian culture. Imagine starting your day under golden sunrises and ending it by the calming waves of the Pacific. This is the backdrop for a rewarding career where exceptional professionals like you can thrive. If you are an Imaging Technologist searching for a position that blends technical expertise with compassion and innovation, this could be your perfect fit.

In this role, you will be at the center of a dynamic healthcare team, wielding your skills to deliver stunningly clear images that initiate vital diagnoses. Your radiographic and CT abilities will not only help illuminate health challenges but also cultivate a comforting presence for patients during pivotal moments in their lives. Here, your contributions are not just acknowledged; they're celebrated.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Employing advanced radiographic and CT methodologies to generate high-caliber diagnostic images for physicians
  • Working in tandem with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure precise diagnoses
  • Precisely positioning patients and adjusting equipment for peak imaging quality
  • Upholding radiation safety regulations to protect both patients and staff
  • Keeping accurate records such as imaging logs and equipment service reports
  • Delivering exceptional patient care throughout the imaging experience
  • Playing a vital role in maintaining an orderly and efficient imaging environment

Educational Qualifications

  • An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is an asset
  • Graduation from an accredited radiology program
  • Certifications You'll Need

  • ARRT certification for either CT or Radiography
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days after hiring
  • Essential Skills for Success

  • Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety practices
  • Strong communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary colleagues
  • Capability to operate in a fast-paced setting and promptly adjust to shifting demands
  • An eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Comfort with modern imaging software and systems like PACS and RIS
  • The Rewards Await You

  • A robust benefits package that features medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Ample paid time off along with flexible scheduling options
  • Opportunities for further education and professional development on-site
  • Clear paths for career progression in imaging and potential for cross-training
  • A workplace culture that values teamwork, success, and personal development
  • 100% on-site role within a collaborative clinical atmosphere
  • Why Your Role Matters

Your work transcends merely producing a clear image; it's about ensuring that patients feel seen and valued. Whether you're serving a young patient in need of a scan or providing reassurance to an elderly individual before a vital procedure, your composed and skilled approach truly matters. You'll be the steady support that guides patients through challenging times, often without needing to utter a single word.

Support will come from a dedicated imaging team that prioritizes collaboration and respects what everyone brings to the table. In our CT suite, camaraderie flourishes through shared goals, an unspoken bond, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. While you will work independently, you'll always have a team behind you ready to back you up - this is healthcare in its purest form : compassionate, professional, and heartfelt.

Why Honolulu is Your Next Destination

Picture a life where morning coffee means a beachside café, an easy commute includes scenic drives, and weekends are filled with island adventures. Welcome to life in Honolulu, where the azure waters and lush landscapes enhance everyday living. Experience the rich cultural tapestry that unfolds beneath the swaying palms, where Aloha spirit infuses the rhythm of daily life.

Beyond the allure of stunning beaches and vibrant dining options lie enchanting neighborhoods, filled with friendly faces and community events. Here, outdoor activities abound, from hiking majestic trails to exploring tidal pools and engaging in daily yoga sessions on the sand. And let's not forget the benefits of living in Hawaii : a unique lifestyle where the cost of living reflects the paradise you call home.

As the healthcare sector expands, you'll encounter ample opportunities to grow, whether you're fresh to the field or seeking to broaden your expertise within an enriching environment.

    Your Future Team Awaits

Joining our imaging team means becoming part of a collective that champions quality care and shared goals. Together with seasoned professionals and upcoming talent, you'll find that excellence combines technical skill with relational artistry - we uphold each other's achievements, no matter how small or large. Every team member is crucial, working together to ensure patients always come first.

This position reports to a department that thrives on openness, ongoing learning, and valuing diverse opinions. You're encouraged to share improvement ideas and mentor others, making your contributions not just accepted, but anticipated.

    Your Ideal Candidate

You're the perfect candidate if you pay attention to detail and meet challenges with compassion. You know that imaging encompasses more than the technical aspects; it's about the human experience accompanying every scan. Others describe you as calm under pressure, adaptable to scheduling changes, and thrilled at the prospect of making a difference.

Bring your certification and expertise. We'll offer the role, the teamwork, and a nurturing environment that encourages you to excel.

    Ready to Make an Impact?

If you want to step into a role where your expertise creates meaningful connections and your efforts are recognized, we're eager to meet you. Join us in one of the top locations across the globe, where healthcare intersects with human connection in profound ways.

Apply today to help us redefine the future of medical imaging - one scan, one patient, and one inspiring story at a time.
