Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training. Mentors, assigns duties, and provides recognition. Identifies and ensures the resolution of associate customer and supplier concerns. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports the company's mission values and standards of ethics and integrity. Utilizes and supports the Open Door Policy. Drives and implements the business plan for an assigned area of responsibility to achieve facility goals for example production quality safety and implements operational improvements. Prepares reviews and / or analyzes business reports and uses information to identify operational improvements. Forecasts staffing workloads and performance results to meet business demands. Supervises and manages warehouse associates and leaders by giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Identifies training and development needs and provides opportunities for learning and growth. Teaches, supports, and models Walmart company policies and procedures. Participates in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managers. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance accordingly. Develops contingency plans and demonstrates adaptability and supports continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations. Provides recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them, and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers, or other key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness, and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
Minimum Qualifications :
Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, supply chain, or related area and 3 years' experience in an operations, distribution, or manufacturing environment, including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.
Option 2 : 6 years' experience in manufacturing facility or distribution-related field facility (for example, food processing, grocery).
Preferred Qualifications :
In an operations, distribution, or logistics environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workloads, and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees. Managing budgets, managing profit and loss, developing manpower forecasts, and analyzing financial / operational data.
Manufacturing facility or distribution-related field facility (for example, food processing, grocery).
