In order to be considered for the January course., please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We have a limited number of spots available and a lot of interest in the program, so candidates will be selected after review by the recruiter, the instructor, and hiring managers. If you are not selected for the January course, you can reapply for the next course in March.

We are offering an opportunity to attend and complete an 8-Week Course at Caring Hands Inc . located in Inman, SC .

After you complete the course and pass the state exam, you will have your CNA Certification !

You will then commit to 1 year of full-time employment at either Ellen Sagar Nursing Center or Woodruff Manor (both are Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System entities).

You must have open availability (be willing to work any shift) and be willing to work at either location to be eligible for this program.

Requirements :

• You must have your High School Diploma / GED and be able to provide us with a copy of your diploma or transcript to verify your education.
• You must submit to and pass Background Check
• You must submit to and pass a Health Assessment Screening (this includes a 2-step PPD test and drug testing)
• You must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
• You must be able to commit to full-time employment
• You must have open availability (be able to work any shift)
• You must be willing to work at either location (facility will be assigned based on need at the time you become an employee)
• You must be able to attend all classes and be available for ALL clinical hours ( Class meets every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6 : 00 - 10 : 00 PM )
• You must sign a Reimbursement Agreement stating that if you do not complete the course and your 1 year work agreement, you will repay a pro-rated amount of the cost

After successful completion of the CNA course, you will have the opportunity to sit for the CNA examination through the South Carolina Board Registry.
