Salary : $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience

Sway Creative Labs is seeking an experienced, organized, and inventive Integrated Producer who thrives in a collaborative environment and doesn't shy away from taking the lead. This role is ideal for someone with solid agency experience who excels in creative problem-solving and enjoys being the strategic bridge between client vision and creative execution.

You'll join a team of passionate individuals dedicated to elevating projects through quality ideas and meticulous implementation, managing integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, and print from kickoff to deployment.

What You'll Own

Multi-Channel Project Leadership :

• Lead projects across broadcast, digital, and print media with a "quick learning" aptitude when presented with challenges outside your knowledge base
• Manage everything from single-page microsites and retainer requests to cross channel, media supported campaigns
• Coordinate video productions, website builds, print campaigns, and media activations with equal confidence
• Serve as the primary point person for clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles

What Success Looks Like

After your first year, you'll be the producer clients specifically request for their important projects. Creative team members will actively want to work on your campaigns because they know you set them up for success. You'll have contributed meaningfully to process improvements that benefit the entire agency, and leadership will trust you to run complex projects independently.
