Position Overview

We’re seeking a Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills and a professional, polished presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in a collaborative clinical setting, and is looking for a long-term opportunity or a fast-track educational experience in regenerative medicine and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and assist with specimen collection and handling
• Support client preparation, treatment setup, and post-care
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and efficient clinical environment
• Accurately document patient information in EMR systems
• Deliver warm, professional communication and client care
• Assist with inventory, daily operations, and room turnover

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience

Phlebotomy certification (required)

Excellent communication, organization, and time management

Professional appearance and demeanor

Critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Must live within 15 miles of Boulder, CO

Strong personal interest in health, wellness, and regenerative sciences. TEAM ORIENTED. Driven by excellence.
