Job descriptionProvide direct care and supervision during bus transport to and from school Monitor and assist with the student's diabetic care needs as needed Maintain communication with school staff and caregivers as appropriate Ensure the student’s safety and well-being during transport Preferred Qualifications : Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania Previous experience working with individuals with diabetes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Required Documentation : Two forms of valid identification (e.g., Social Security card, driver’s license, passport) Current physical exam Valid CPR / BLS certification Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, etc.) Updated professional resume Powered by JazzHR

- Herminie, PA Starting Pay : $42 / hour Contract Length : 6 weeks Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday : 6 : 45 AM – 9 : 30 AM & 12 : 45 PM – 3 : 00 PM Friday : 6 : 45 AM – 9 : 30 AM & 11 : 45 AM – 2 : 00 PM Job Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN to support a high school senior with blindness and diabetes.
- This position involves accompanying the student during their daily commute to and from the School for the Blind.
- The LPN will report to the group home each morning, assist the student onto the bus, and accompany them during the ride.
- In the afternoon, the LPN will follow the same process in reverse, ensuring a safe and supportive transition between school and home.
