Job description

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

Job Overview : The Inventory Specialist  is a positional leader who creates a remarkable guest experience through accurate ordering and stocking standards.

  • Follows Chick-fil-A brand standards with ordering and stocking
  • Uses provided system to minimize transfers and minimize food waste
  • Follows and executes positional cleanliness and organizational safety standards and influences others to do the same
  • Creates a genuine connection with guests and team members
  • Goes above and beyond in caring for guests (2nd Mile Service)
  • Supports Supervisors & Managers in daily operations
  • Must be able to work 5a until 10a (part time) or 5a-2p (full time) including Saturdays
  • Able to stand, crouch, and climb step stools throughout shift and Must be able to lift 40lbs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and influence the pace of others
  • Demonstrate ongoing ability to adapt our ordering in a growth environment including updating on-hands and reacting to events to best serve our guests
