Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Responsibilities

Inspect and package product-filled vials as per procedures and batch records.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.

Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations, such as filling support activities.

Support internal operations including stocking items, tracking inventory, and material movement.

Recognize and report equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.

Train new Manufacturing Process Technicians on routine tasks.

Understand, follow, and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process.

Reconcile components and products and calculate product exposure to room temperature.

Essential Skills

Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably with vial inspection.

Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.

Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Prior production or manufacturing experience is preferred.

GMP experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 5 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM EST, adjusting to Monday to Friday from 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM in January to February. The work will take place in a new state-of-the-art facility which is currently expanding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
