Travel : Up to 70% (domestic & international)

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain HighRes Biosolutions Prime liquid handler at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot application protocols and instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT / SAT).
• Manage schedules effectively, aligning work with customer expectations.
• Provide both basic and advanced software / hardware training to customers.
• Optimize liquid handling performance of instrumentation.
• Develop application-specific protocols by interpreting procedures from customers and the Sales team.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
