Field Liquid Handling Automation Engineer at HighRes Biosolutions
Location : Beverly, MA, USA (Hybrid)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Travel : Up to 70% (domestic & international)
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain HighRes Biosolutions Prime liquid handler at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot application protocols and instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT / SAT).
- Manage schedules effectively, aligning work with customer expectations.
- Provide both basic and advanced software / hardware training to customers.
- Optimize liquid handling performance of instrumentation.
- Develop application-specific protocols by interpreting procedures from customers and the Sales team.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.Minimum of 2 years industrial experience in a relevant field.Hands-on experience programming and maintaining automated laboratory scientific equipment.Experience programming complex scientific applications is highly desirable.Experience with scheduling software for automated laboratory systems is a plus (Cellario, Green Button Go, Momentum, etc.).Basic understanding of programming languages (C#, Python).Valid drivers license and passport (required for travel).Why Join Us
