Job descriptionMaintain and secure the enterprise server environment Install, upgrade, and maintain server hardware and software Troubleshoot and resolve system issues Manage user accounts and permissions Perform and monitor backups and recovery tasks Support change control and disaster recovery processes Coordinate with vendors and respond to after-hours issues as needed

Location : Houston, TX
Pay Range : 70-80K

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016+ (Active Directory, Group Policy, File / Print Services)
- Experience with user provisioning and management in Active Directory
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, IPsec, NFS, SMB, iSCSI)
- Familiarity with system monitoring, patching, and change management
- Experience with backup solutions (CommVault, Cohesity, Druva preferred)
- Working knowledge of virtualization (VMware) and storage (file, block, object)
- Experience with Exchange or Exchange Online administration
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
