ICC Certified Building Inspector

As a dedicated ICC Certified Building Inspector at ICC NTA, LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and safety of building products and construction practices. Your expertise will help ensure that all products and processes meet the necessary code compliance standards, aiding in the construction of reliable and safe structures across the industry. This position involves thorough inspection, detailed reporting, and proactive problem-solving activities in a dynamic environment, contributing directly to the integrity and success of construction projects supported by ICC NTA, LLC. Conduct inspections on building products to ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and standards. Verify the specifications and quality of materials and practices used in construction projects. Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain records of inspections conducted. Collaborate with construction managers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to discuss inspection results and possible compliance issues. Recommend corrective actions and follow up to ensure that all issues are resolved prior to final project approval. Participate in training and workshops to stay updated with the latest building codes and inspection techniques.
