Accounts Receivable
$25.00 per hour
9 : 00am-5 : 30pm
QPS Employment Group has an immediate temporary opening for an experienced Accounts Receivable candidate at a leading Rockford manufacturer.
Accounts Receivable Requirements :
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or related administrative work.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing invoices and payments.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, including reconciliation and invoicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with Plex ERP is a plus).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with the Sales Team and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
