Job Description

Bay City Brewing Co in San Diego, CA is looking for kitchen staff to join our East Village tasting room team. We are located on 627 8th Ave., two blocks from Petco Park. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation, according to the recipes provided.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory
  • Night and weekend availability

Qualifications

  • Cooking experience or Back of the House experience required
  • Able to meet all scheduling commitments
  • Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
  • Strong attention to detail
