Business Analyst

Located onsite in our Elmwood, LA (New Orleans) or Denver, CO office

Birdon is seeking a highly detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team to lead business analysis efforts and identify improvement opportunities while translating requirements into functional specifications. This is an onsite position !

Some of the main duties include :

• Support process optimization by facilitating improvements and promoting operational efficiency.
• Ensure system architecture stability and alignment with Birdon’s digital strategy across all initiatives.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and reporting requirements.
• Lead and participate in the selection, configuration, and rollout of digital solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, define acceptance criteria, create training materials, and collaborate with Solutions Developers to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
