Primary Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering for the migration print trails across print vendors

Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, and vendor teams to define functional and non-functional requirements for document composition, print, and eDelivery systems

Translate business needs into system requirements and validate that proposed solutions meet business goals and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)

Support modernization efforts by defining requirements for transitioning from legacy platforms to strategic tools

Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements in document generation, testing, and reporting workflows

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline document lifecycle processes and reduce operational overhead

Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables

Document business processes, system flows, and user stories; support test case development and defect triage

Define and support quality assurance processes for print and eDelivery systems, including SLA tracking, audit readiness, and data integrity checks

Ensure adherence to enterprise security protocols and regulatory standards throughout the transition

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

7+ years of experience with discovery, documentation, and validation of business needs

5+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in print fulfillment, document management, or transactional output services

5+ years of experience with writing user stories and supporting backlog grooming

3+ years of experience with print trail orchestration, email delivery, and print related vendor workflows

3+ years of experience with defining test scenarios, supporting UAT, and analyzing defects

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA

Agile Certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master)

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
