Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiology / Cardiology X-Ray Technologist with at least 2 years of recent experience and ARRT (R) certification for a night shift assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a radiology and cardiology department as an X-Ray Technologist
  • Night shift schedule with 4x10 hour shifts from 8 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM; exact shift may change based on departmental needs
  • Weekend shifts are required as needed
  • Must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if assignment covers all three, or 1 of 2 if two fall during the assignment
  • Cerner EMR experience preferred
  • All requested time off must be included at the time of application, as no additional RTO will be granted after offer
  • Returning employees must have a one-year separation before being eligible to return as a traveler
  • If assigned during holidays, must be willing to work according to the outlined holiday coverage expectations
  • Candidates must disclose vaccination status for consideration

  • Minimum 2 years of recent X-Ray Tech experience is required
  • ARRT (R) certification is required
  • At least 1 completed previous travel assignment required
  • First-time travelers are not considered unless they have 3+ years of experience
  • Applicants must reside at least 100 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
  • License required if applicable
  • Copy of driver's license required for consideration
