Project Manager
Join our team as an experienced Project Manager, where you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the utmost quality and safety. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, aligning with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project during construction.
- Collaborate with Solutions Executives during Project Development to review project constructability and risk, develop construction pricing, and prepare construction schedules.
- Assist with developing project delivery strategies.
- Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc., for the project.
- Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure the scope and direction of the project are on schedule.
- Set objectives and make decisions on critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.
- Provide leadership to the project team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
- Train and mentor less-experienced team members.
- May manage direct reports, including performance, coaching, and hiring.

This is a 100% on-site position. The project is located at a VA hospital, and a warehouse will be leased for the duration of the project as the working base. Benefits include 2 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and medical / dental / vision and 401(k) options.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dulles, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
