Salary : $28-$35 / hour

The Test Technician is an integral member of the G&G engineering team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this team member executes hands on engineering lab activities and is the first line of technical support for our customers. As part of a small, tight knit team, you will see the full product life cycle from new product testing to long term field reliability. This role calls for a strong excellent technical troubleshooting skills, a passion for hands on problem solving, and customer service orientation.

Location : In-person - Ballston Spa, NY

What am I accountable for?

1. Product Testing (40%)

• Collaborate with engineering to develop and execute test plans for new and existing products.
• Document test results by recording data and generating clear reports.
• Communicate insights and feedback from testing to improve the design process.

2. Failure Analysis & Reliability (25%)
