GSA : 40 hours per week

Shift : PM is 145p-10 : 15p, NOC is 945p-6 : 15a, with 16-hour shifts on the weekends. Example 4 hours before or after start of shift, like 2pm to 6am.)

Weekend requirements : Every other weekend

Holiday requirements : Typically rotates every other

Float requirements : all 3 wings at facility

On-Call requirements : None

Experience 1-2 years

EHR : Matrix Care

Education : ASN or BSN

Certifications : WI or Compact RN License and AHA BLS

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 300 wing = 33 beds, but current census is 26. Mix of hospice and LTC patients.

Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates

Scrub Colors : Scrubs : any. Jeans on Monday for and Friday. Khakis anytime. Closed toe shoes. Facial piercings may not be of the hoop variety.
